My First Bumble Date in Downtown Austin Was a DISASTER 😭

OMG guys... I need to tell you what happened yesterday 😅

So I finally had the courage to meet someone from Bumble! His profile looked perfect – 27, works in tech downtown, loves tacos and live music. Basically my type! 🌮🎸

We decided to meet at that famous bar on 6th Street downtown Austin. I was so nervous, I spent 2 hours getting ready 💄👗

And then... DISASTER.

First, he was 40 minutes late ⏰ No text, no apology. Then he showed up looking NOTHING like his photos 😭 Like, at all. And the worst part? He spent the whole date talking about his crypto portfolio 📉💸

He asked me zero questions. Like, I was just sitting there nodding while he talked about Bitcoin for an hour. I finished my drink in 5 minutes and pretended I got an emergency call from my roommate 😂 Classic move, I know!

I walked home and got tacos by myself. Honestly, the tacos were the best part of the date 🌮😋

Is this normal in Austin dating? Please tell me it's not just me 💔

Lesson learned: Maybe online dating in Austin is not as easy as everyone says 🤔
